STUDIO OWNER & SENIOR PIERCER

Courtney is Rose Gold’s namesake owner/operator with an exceptional drive and passion for piercing unlike any other. She began her piercing career in 2006, falling in love with both piercing and tattooing. Courtney’s extensive background in anatomy and physiology of the human body made piercing an excellent career choice. Courtney is also our paramedical and permanent makeup artist. She holds an Accredited Jewellery Professional Gemologist Diploma from GIA studying specifically Coloured Stones/Diamonds and is a member of the Association of Professional Piercers (APP).

STUDIO MANAGER & SENIOR PIERCER

Jamie started his career back in July 2014 in Lethbridge Alberta, securing the basics of body piercing in a busy, long-time running studio. After 4 years, he sought out more for his career and was welcomed to Rose Gold in October 2018, which offered the tools and experience to help him expand his knowledge in a field of work he feels so passionate about. He has been a member of the Association of Professional Piercers (APP) since 2021 and has been the studio manager since 2020. He resides in Calgary with his partner and their Boston Terrier named Ollie.

STUDIO FRONT OF HOUSE

Born and raised in Calgary, Krystine grew up with a strong interest in body modification, especially piercings. They started in the industry doing studio reception in 2012, eventually moving up to being a studio manager. In 2017 they were given the opportunity to assist in jewellery styling and body piercings alongside their previous mentors. After a few years on hiatus, Krystine found Rose Gold & is excited to dive back into the world of body piercing and continue their journey with new skills and knowledge!
