Group Booking Terms & Conditions *

- Completing this form does not guarantee your group's appointment time. - Actual appointment availability, dates, and times will be confirmed by a Rose Gold Staff member via phone or email. - All group bookings are scheduled a minimum of 1 week in advance to allow the studio to prepare for your appointment. - Group bookings require a deposit of $100 per group member to reserve your appointment time. We will confirm the total amount when we contact you. - The deposit amount covers each group member's sitting fee ONLY, and does not include the price of jewellery for each group member.

Appointment Preparedness *

- We require EACH group member to have eaten a meal within the last 3 hours before their appointment time. - Arrive for your appointment on time. We are unable to accept group members that are late to the scheduled appointment time. - Failure to comply with any of the terms outlined above will result in the forfeit of deposit, and/or be subject to our rebooking fee at management's discretion.
